The F1621 digital plasma arc voltage height controller is a series of products with simple operation, stable performance,

complete functions and high cost performance developed by our company based on the use of plasma power on-site and absorbing the advantages of many arc voltage height controllers at home and abroad.

This series of equipment uses the basic constant current characteristics of the plasma power supply to detect the change of the plasma cutting torch height by detecting the change of the plasma arc voltage,

and control the height between the cutting torch and the workpiece in real time. It is suitable for the height control of plasma power cutting torches with constant current characteristics or

constant current characteristics within a certain voltage range. It is especially suitable for the torch height control of various cutting machines.

This series of equipment is light and portable, simple to operate, easy to use, all buttons and knobs are humanized design, comfortable and convenient.

 

Automatic initial positioning:

Initial positioning is divided into proximity switch positioning detection method and protective cap collision detection method

 

Proximity switch positioning detection

This equipment adopts NPN normally open proximity switch (or PNP normally open proximity switch), and the proximity switch is in contact state under normal conditions.

In the process of positioning test or initial positioning during arc starting, when the cutting torch touches the workpiece (or when the cutting torch is tilted due to touching the workpiece),

the proximity switch will be disengaged, the detection circuit detects the signal, and the cutting torch is raised to the initial position Height (the height value can be set through the “positioning height” knob on the panel).

When the proximity switch is always disengaged, the cutting torch will continue to rise until it hits the upper limit of the motor.

 

Protective cap collision detection

When the protective cap collision detection is used, in any state, the torch protective cap touches the workpiece, and the detection circuit will act to raise the torch to the initial positioning height

(the height value can be set by the "positioning height" knob on the panel). Under normal circumstances, after the cutting torch rises, the protective cap leaves the workpiece, and the collision signal is immediately reset.

If the protective cap collision signal is maintained, the cutting torch will continue to rise until it hits the upper limit of the motor.

 

Two-speed positioning

After the initial positioning process starts, the cutting torch will descend at the fastest speed for 6 seconds (this time can be changed by parameters),

and then switch to a low speed (low speed is 1/4 of the high speed) until the cutting torch collides with the workpiece.

Through the two-speed positioning, work efficiency can be improved, and the speed can be reduced at a suitable height, which reduces the impact force of collision and prolongs the service life of the protective cap.
