PCL is a versatile polyester that can be easily colored to create a clean, white final appearance. PCL is also lightweight and strong, with a density of around 1.2 g/cm3, and exceptional mechanical properties. It melts at a relatively low temperature of around 60°C, making it a safe thermoplastic to print with. Plus, its glass transition temperature of -60°C makes the product extremely flexible and tough.

SUNLU PCL Filament’s unique properties make it especially well-suited for use in FDM and FFF 3D printers. The material has superb adhesion between layers, resulting in significant improvements to impact resistance, strength, and durability, as well as the printing process. Thanks to PCL’s low melting point, it can be reshaped after 3D printing using water or air at 55°C.
