- แจ้งรุ่นหรือยี่ห้อลิเนียร์สเกลหรือตัวแสดงผลที่ท่านใช้อยู่แล้วให้เราทราบ (กรณีต้องการติดตั้งใหม่ทดแทนของเดิม)
- ถ่ายรูปเครื่องจักรหรือหน้างานจริงมาให้ดู (กรณีเป็นเครื่องจักรใหญ่มากๆที่มีความซับซ้อน)
